Here's a little breakdown of my exam. I had a LOT of prioritization, delegation, nursing ethics and teaching reinforcement. I would say that covered up 50-60% of my exam. I had some questions on nystagmus, Z track method, cystic ...I just took my NCLEX (first-timer) about 2 hours ago and had all 145 questions. I decided to ease my nerves by using the Pearson Vue Trick and received the “good pop-up”. ... It’s pretty accurate! I also went all the way to 145 questions last week, got the good pop up after my test, and saw my quick results were a pass! Congrats!!! 🎉 ReplyI scored between 55-65 for most of quizzes/etc, I used 900 of the Qbank questions but gave up on those because it had a lot of questions that didn't make sense and contraindicated other questions in the Qbank, so the last week before the exam I just went back and took RN trainer 6 and 7 and remediated every question! I got a 61 on readiness test.I also got 145 questions on 7/1 and I was sure I failed. I cried the whole way home then did the pvt trick and got the good pop up and passed. I know a bunch of people I graduated with also got 145 and passed. Part of me thinks because they changed the max amount from 265 to 145 that many more people get the max now.The NCLEX progressively asks you harder questions. Most students would probably say that SATA questions are the hardest question formats because, as the name implies, you need to find “all” the correct answers for a given question. Therefore most students reason, if I’m getting a lot of SATA questions, then I’m getting tougher questions..
